This Consignment Agreement is entered into between Barbera Motorcars LLC d/b/a Barbera Luxury Motorcars ("Dealer") and the vehicle owner ("Consignor"). Dealer is authorized to market and facilitate the sale of the vehicle described below subject to the following terms and protections.
